The representative (Julian) gave indication that action would be taken but, absolutely nothing has changed/been done. No contact from Regional Rep or problematic dealer. Wasted time and effort.

I spoke to someone yesterday, but I havent heard back and my experience with her was great but my experience with Audi prior to yesterday has been unsatisfactory and I would never recommend an Audi to anyone as this has been the worst experience of my life with a car after owning Porsches for 20 years with no issues

Car had multiple electrical issues and was towed twice in a few weeks; this was a car with only 18,000 miles. Customer service was poor and I was originally told I would not be able to get a loaner for two months.

I was no longer comfortable driving the car because it was so unreliable and I returned it almost two months early. Audi would not give me a break on the last lease payment even though I no longer had the car.

My car is a 2019 audi with 49000 miles that support to be there flag ship with the dash cover coming off as much as I paid for the car that new iam really disappointed in audi I promise you that want have to worry I'll never buy another one I can't afford to spend that kind of money in lass than four years the dash material is lifting really the audi company should be ashamed for not fixing it what car dealer wouldn't fix something this important
